DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT SUPPORT :

The Pape' Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product Support to lead the corporate parts inventory management team at our corporate office in Eugene, OR.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
As our Director of Product Support, you will be in a critical leadership role that directs the corporate parts procurement operations for all Pape' companies and locations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our parts inventories are optimized so Pape' can provide the consistent, quality customer service we pride ourselves on and be the premier capital equipment dealer in the West.
Every day, you will oversee parts inventory management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. This will include leveraging data science and data analytic resources to optimize parts inventory management, including cost control and cross-operating company optimizations. Additionally, you will oversee training to store locations and managers to ensure knowledge of systems and procedures relating to parts administration. You will oversee dispute and warranty issues through effective communication with manufacturing partners and in-field personnel.

WHAT YOU NEED :
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to learn and understand Pape' DBS and OEM integrated computer programs, becoming the expert in all Parts related technology solutions.
- Prior successful management experience.
- Prior experience in goal setting, personnel management, and demonstrable successful marketing and sales experience.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand, utilize and create data analytic models
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Leadership skills and mindset.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Driver's license with a good driving record.
- Occasional overnight travel will be required in this position.
