Child Care Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a childcare or daycare setting.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans.
- Promote positive behavior management techniques and create a structured environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a childcare or daycare setting is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to educate and engage children in various subjects, including math, language, and social skills.

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children.
- Excellent organizational skills to plan activities and manage daily routines.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of preschool-aged child development milestones.
