We’re on the hunt for a Dock Attendant who’s as dependable as the sunrise on the lake and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is essential to ensuring our guests enjoy their day on the water without a hitch!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the docking of boats and ensure the safety of watercraft and guests.
- Greet boaters with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Unload and organize deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality checks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dock and storage areas.
- Restock supplies and assist the team during busy shifts.
- Help manage dock traffic, enforce safety rules, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and be on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a love for the lake life.
- Prior experience with dock operations is a plus but not required—we’ll show you the ropes!
