Produce Department – Stock

Produce Team Members will receive proper training and supervision regarding product knowledge, proper rotation, merchandising standards and closing procedures. You will coordinate floor merchandise displays to best appeal to customers. Produce employees provide friendly customer service to all of our shoppers while maintaining product inventory and merchandising of the Produce Department. Responsibilities: Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers Ensure customer-facing areas are visually appealing Qualifications: Previous experience in general labor, customer service or related fields Able to lift boxes over head, or lift heavier boxes for a period of time Ability to handle physical work load Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Open to work evening and weekend shifts and required by the company Pay will be based on experience
