What You Will Do
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, provide prompt and friendly service, and address customer needs and questions about deli products.
- Food Preparation: Slice, weigh, package, and label deli meats and cheeses according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Merchandising: Stock and display deli products attractively, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the deli counter, equipment, and preparation areas; follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and provide a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and rotate stock to minimize waste; assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions to enhance customer service and sales.
