Who You Are:
- Possess demonstrated leadership abilities in a retail or grocery environment, with a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
- Flexible and adaptive, able to respond effectively to the dynamic needs of the store and committed to fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge and experience in managing perishable goods, inventory control, and ensuring product quality.
- Skilled in multitasking under pressure, maintaining high standards in fast-paced settings.
- At least 21 years old, physically able to meet the demands of a retail store while displaying a level of professional maturity

- Regularly work alongside the team on the store floor, setting a proactive and hands-on example.
- Facilitate effective communication across all store levels.
- Assist in managing potential operational challenges, maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by direct supervisors or higher-level team leaders.
