Job Overview:
Join our team as a Papa John's Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of our store. Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store's operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control.
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and food safety within the store.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.
- Assist in training and developing staff members to deliver excellent service and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Help with scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or food establishment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of retail math principles to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and basic reporting.
