Job Responsibilities :

Prepare food orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Assist with inventory management.

Collaborate with team members during peak hours.

Job Qualifications :

Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong teamwork abilities.

Must be authorized to work in the US.

Compensation

11 - $13 per hour

Compensation : 11 - $13 hourly

Responsibilities :

Follow cooking instructions, safety precautions, and sanitary regulations as you prepare food with the kitchen team

Address guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner and work to find solutions within the guidelines of the restaurant's policy

Clean the restaurant thoroughly every day by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping the floor, washing and sterilizing cooking items, and maintaining the restrooms

Welcome customers as they enter the establishment and guide them to where they should sit or stand to place an order

Use specific kitchen machinery such as ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso machines to create customized hot and cold beverages

Prepare food orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

Provide exceptional customer service

Assist with inventory management

Collaborate with team members during peak hours

Qualifications :

Previous experience working in food service is preferred

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers

Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills

This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
