Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or issues
- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Manager to maintain optimal stock levels
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, making deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
- Provide feedback and coaching to Team Members
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
