In-Store Team Member

Job Summary:

As a Papa Johns Restaurant Team Member, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your positive attitude, energy, and teamwork will help ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers, take orders, handle transactions, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Food Preparation:

• Prepare and cook pizzas, sides, and desserts according to our recipes and standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety protocols.

3. Restaurant Maintenance:

• Clean and maintain the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.

• Restock supplies, condiments, and paper products as needed.

4. Teamwork:

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

• Support other team members during peak periods or when needed.

5. Cash Handling:

• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.

6. Safety and Security:

• Adhere to safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and team members.

7. Quality Control:

• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring our high standards are met.

• Report any quality control issues to management.

Requirements:

1. Age: 16 years or older (depending on local laws and regulations)

2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (not always required)

3. Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry (not always required)

4. Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Teamwork and adaptability

5. Availability: Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
