Job Overview

Duties

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations on products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store, including food preparation areas.
• Operate cash registers accurately, processing transactions efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Support food preparation tasks, including cooking, assembling, and presenting food items in accordance with safety guidelines.
• cleaning dining areas to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a grocery store, culinary setting, or but not required.
• Strong sales skills with an ability to engage customers and promote products effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
