Job Summary
The Closing Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the establishment during the closing hours. This position is responsible for ensuring that all closing procedures are executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of service and food quality. The Closing Manager will lead a team, manage kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while providing an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate closing operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards in line with company policies.
• Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to maintain health and safety compliance.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking food supplies and placing orders as needed
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other managers to implement operational improvements.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food service operations.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet settings or high-volume kitchens.
• Proficient in food handling techniques and safety regulations.
• Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
