Papa Johns in Pittsburg Kansas is looking to hire a store Manager.
This position needs to have someone who has open availability and wants to work full time plus. This position could be a 40 hour a week or we would be willing to explore a salaried position. We are seeking a go getter who is committed to the company and what we are striving to achieve.
This position is not for someone who is currently enrolled in school or who has another job, the position has to be flexible with call ins and needing to cover high volume times.
Management experience required.
Pizza experience a plus.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a pizza restaurant, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff by scheduling shifts, providing training, and monitoring performance.
- Utilize food service management skills to maintain inventory levels and control costs.
-Manage and hit labor and food targets based on sales
- Implement efficient kitchen management practices to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
- Apply hospitality management expertise to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Qualifications that we would Like to have but not necessarily a requirement for all
- Food service management experience
- POS system proficiency
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
- Kitchen management skills
- Strong customer service background
- Previous experience in managing restaurant operations
- Ability to lead and train a team effectively
