Assistant Manager/Shift Leader
We are a locally owned Papa John's looking to grow our team to impress our guests.
As locals, we are extremely familiar with the area and like to develop our managers and leadership from talent within. This is the chance to work with a locally owned business, not some mega company based in another state you never see. We make and deliver pizzas side-by-side with our staff to help deliver a top-notch experience for a guests and our employees!
As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Running top-notch shifts
2. Supporting hiring and training
3. Inventory tasks
Requirements:
Food safety training
Cash management experience
Conduct inventories and manage COGs
Understanding of safety and security standards
Dependability, Urgency, results oriented
Lift at least 50 lbs.
Perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery.
Responsible to open or close the shift
