Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and daily/weekly paperwork, including sales reports and labor breakdowns.
- Assist with team member orientations, hiring recommendations, and staff development.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of supervisory and QSR management experience required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills essential.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for long periods.
