Crew Member (Nights and Weekends)

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
• Take accurate orders using the Aloha POS system or other point-of-sale systems.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for order totals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist in training new crew members as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
