Responsibilities

- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and deposits.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in food production areas.
- Assist in planning and executing banquet services as needed.
- Provide training and support to new employees, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance productivity.
- Assist in budgeting processes to optimize operational efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is required.
- Proven skills in supervising teams and managing daily operations effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling practices.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting processes is a plus.

Pay
- Your starting wage will be $11 per hour your share of tips. Tips typically average more than $4 an hour but in the event that they do not, Papa Murphy's will make up the difference. This guarantees that your combined wage tips will be no less than $15 per hour.
- Once you have learned your responsibilities and proven to be a high performing team member, a pay raise can be discussed.
