Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be assisting the Store Manager with overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Duties:
- Assist with managing and supervising all aspects of the establishment's operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and production
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
