Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks within the store, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a high standard of store cleanliness. Duties
- Show up to shifts in full uniform and ready to work before shifts start.
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare pizzas and side items according to established recipes and standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness in the lobby, food preparation stations and back of house.
- Assist with keeping toppings and food items stocked as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak rush hours.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Clear communication with coworkers and management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in food service or quick-service fast food environments is preferred.
- Food Handler's Card preferred, but not required.
- COCC and OSU-Cascades students are strongly encouraged to apply.
Starting wage for this position is around *$18 per hour cash tips and are dependent on which state the store you are applying for is located in.
*Wages include an average of $4/hour in online tips based on tipping averages in the past year
