As a Crew Member, your responsibilities will encompass various prep tasks within the store, including food preparation, dough production and maintaining a high standard of store cleanliness.

Duties
- Show up to shifts in full uniform and ready to work before shifts start.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness in the food preparation stations and back of house.
- Assist with keeping toppings and food items stocked as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Clear communication with coworkers and management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in food service or quick-service fast food environments is preferred.
- Food Handler's Card preferred, but not required.
Starting wage for this position is around *$17 per hour cash tips and are dependent on which state the store you are applying for is located in.
*Wages include an average of $3/hour in online tips based on tipping averages in the past year
