Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the establishment's operations
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and production
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner

Expected to work Tues-Saturday. 8-9 hours a work day. Possibly more depending on the time of year.
