Papa's Place, a leader in client care, is seeking compassionate In-Home Care Providers to join our team!

Here's How You'll Make a Difference:

• Become a Companion and Caregiver: Provide essential daily support to our amazing clients, assisting with tasks like showering, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Lighten Their Load: Keep their homes tidy and cheerful with some light housekeeping duties.
• Be Their Trusted Driver: Ensure reliable transportation to appointments, errands, and fun outings - talks about errands shopping grocery
• Bring the Joy: Foster genuine connections by engaging in conversation, playing games, and simply being a source of companionship.
• Advocate for Their Well-being: Be a keen observer, keeping an eye on their health and well-being, and reporting any changes to our team.
• Be the Information Hub: Maintain clear and detailed notes to ensure seamless care coordination.

We Especially Admire You If:

• You've Walked a Similar Path: While not required, experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia and/or ABA experience is a plus.
• You're a Road Warrior: A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• You're a Social Butterfly: You have a natural ability to connect with people and build rapport.
• Patience is Your Superpower: You approach challenges with a calm and caring demeanor.
• You Thrive in Teamwork: You can work independently but also collaborate effectively with our team.
• Safety First: You're CPR/First Aid certified (we can provide training if needed!).
• Availability is Your Thing: You are available every other week from Mondays to Fridays. (Having every other week availability)
