Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing and a passion for creating visually appealing prints. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials on both manual and automatic printing presses that meet our clients' specifications while ensuring the integrity of the designs throughout the printing process.

Duties
- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
- Collaborate with designers to understand project requirements and ensure accurate reproduction of designs.
- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, ensuring all materials meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process to maintain production efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and production methods.

Experience
- Experience running a large format automatic press
- Experience with manual screen printing presses
- Experience burning screens and reclaiming them.
- Knowledge of graphic design is a plus
- Previous experience in screen printing or related fields is advantageous but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
