We are excited to be launching a new standalone business that is closely aligned to Papa's core business. We are looking for a dynamic, highly entrepreneurial leader to be the General Manager (GM) of this new venture. The business model has been successfully funded and vetted, so we are ready for someone to formally operationalize it and scale it up to a large business. The GM will own end-to-end strategy and operations, including marketplace development, process design, business development, product leadership, and team building.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Incubation: Take the business from zero to one and beyond. Roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to build and grow the business.
- Team Building and Cross-Functional Leadership: Hire and manage the business's dedicated Marketing, Operations, and Product/Engineering teams.
- Marketplace development: Grow two sides of the marketplace, finding creative ways to acquire supply and demand while providing a meaningful experience.
- Operations & Product Development: Build processes, technology, and workflows for scalability.
- Financial Management: Own the P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and measurable impact.
- Business Development: Be client facing with enterprise clients from time-to-time.
- 10 years of professional experience in startup leadership, strategy consulting, business operations, product management, and/or the healthcare sector.
- An entrepreneur at heart, who does not see barriers, only opportunities. Experience leading and scaling a new business, product, or service line.
- Experience overseeing multiple cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with the payer/provider business model is preferred.
- Experience with marketplace development is preferred.
- A strategic operator balancing vision and execution.
- Data-driven with a history of driving business growth.
- A strong communicator and collaborator.
- Passionate about improving healthcare access and outcomes.
