Duties:
- ** This position has room to move up to an Assistant General Manager.**

The primary responsibilities of a Jersey Mike’s Shift Lead are commitment to our company goals:

• Preparing food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high quality standards
• Service that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants
• Helping to lead operational excellence and the guest experience
• Running shifts
• Prep/Identification of needs
• Training, coaching and providing performance feedback to motivate and improve all employees
• Responding positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect the brand
• Helping to control cost of sales through inventory management, tracking, effective ordering and control of waste and loss each shift

Qualifications/Requirement:

• Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prefer 1 years of experience in a leadership position
• No Food Service experience required!
• Team player
• Honesty and integrity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to properly lift, pull and push up to 40lbs
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, outgoing, and friendly
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work 35-45 hours per week including weekends and Holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the US
