We are seeking a Director of Legal Affairs U.S to join our growing Legal team.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced HighTech / technology and payments lawyer. As a commercial lawyer you will be working on a wide variety of commercial contracts including services agreements and vendor agreements privacy issues and payments matters as well as other general corporate law advice.
You will :
- Draft review and negotiate a variety of legal contracts with clients partners vendors and third parties (services agreements NDAs DPAs SaaS agreements).
- Act as a site manager for the US legal team.
- Advise on payments laws and work closely with the product and payments teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and payments licenses.
- Keep up to date and analyze global privacy regulations to ensure continued alignment of the company s products and data processing to such regulations.
- Interact and work with the companys departments (sales product marketing finance) on diverse legal issues.
- Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed.
Salary Range : $160000 $170000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
