Job Description : Overview :
The Construction Survey Manager is responsible for overseeing survey layout, data management, and as-built documentation for construction projects. This role ensures accurate field execution, collaborates with construction and engineering teams, and maintains safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee construction survey operations, including layout, civil design work, and survey data management.
- Provide field-level guidance by translating engineered designs and survey data into as-built developments.
- Utilize CAD software to create as-built construction designs and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all construction phases.
- Collaborate with Field Supervisory Personnel (Construction Superintendent and Foreman) and Engineering Staff to support construction activities.
- Interpret engineered construction drawings and perform field layouts and markups as needed.
- Generate technical field reports related to construction, including measurements, quantities, and cut sheets.
- Perform additional survey-related tasks as required.
