Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of talent acquisition strategies that align with our growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruitment professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand and document current and future talent needs, and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry networks, associations, and academic institutions to identify and engage with top talent.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and track key performance metrics.
- Drive initiatives to enhance our employer brand and promote unique opportunities.
- Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in the recruiting process.
- Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting professionals within the AEC industry.
- 8 years of experience in a management-level role.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a recruitment function.
- Strong understanding of roles, skills, dynamics of the AEC industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel, as needed.
- Must be able to work 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime, as needed.
