This key leadership role will oversee the firm’s expanding real estate portfolio, including leased and owned office locations, and play a critical role in the successful integration of newly acquired companies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of real estate expertise, project management capability, and strategic foresight to ensure the optimization of real estate assets, minimize liabilities, and support the company’s corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all leasing activities, including negotiations, renewals, and day-to-day oversight of real estate agreements across the portfolio.
- Oversee office build-out and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, quality standards, and vendor coordination.
- Manage Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) procurement and installation, focusing on efficiency and cost control.
- Execute real estate disposition strategies to optimize the company’s real estate footprint.
- Develop and implement standardized processes for real estate operations to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, landlords, property managers, and other industry professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in corporate real estate, with a strong emphasis on leasing, transaction management, and facilities oversight.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating favorable lease terms and managing complex real estate transactions.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, execution, cost control, and vendor coordination.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate and project management software and tools.
- Strategic and proactive thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to operate with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel to company locations across the U.S. as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
