Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Truck Technician to work on heavy-duty class 7 & 8 trucks in our shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role: As a Diesel Engine Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs are done accurately and timely. This includes working alongside other trained Technicians in a collaborative shop environment, using computer-aided diagnostic tools, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 or more years of bumper-to-bumper experience repairing class 7 & 8 vehicles
- A strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of diesel engines
- Computer literacy and experience with Cummins and MX software
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- CDL is preferred
