WHAT YOU’LL DO :
In the Parts Trainee role, you will learn to work with customers in person and on the phone to ensure they get the parts they need for their equipment. Every day you will build your knowledge of the industry, work with customers, ship and receive parts, and help keep the warehouse clean and organized
To thrive in this role, you must be excellent at maintaining and building relationships with customers and have a winning attitude.
WHAT YOU NEED :
Self-motivated, winning attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast pace and team-oriented environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person, in an effort to sell company parts and other services.
Above-average organizational skills.
Good computer skills, including basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and various search engines.
Mechanical aptitude is required.
Parts experience preferred.
Compensation : $23.07- 41.93 / hr (Depending on Experience)
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement)
