- Determine customer parts needs through literature, computer programs, and parts knowledge
- Recommend parts or services to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in person
- Perform tasks in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Self-motivation and assertive drive
- Ability to work at a high level in a fast-paced environment
- Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience
- Knowledge of parts inventory
- Excellent organizational skills
