WHAT YOU’LL DO :
As our Service Administrator, you will support the Service department by being the go- to person for everything billing- related. Every day you will handle all Service department billing, process credit and rebills, work with customers on purchase orders as well as other administrative duties. To thrive in this role, you must love detail and order, have a customer service mindset, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU NEED :
- Excellent communication, customer relations, and data entry skills.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with Excel and Word.
- Technical knowledge of equipment and dispatching experience is preferred.
Compensation : $22.67-32.87 / hr (Depending on Experience)
