Customer Service Representative - CSR- Call Center Representative.
This is an in office position located in Endicott, NY.
URGENTLY HIRING!!!
- Full-Time Scheduling
- Sunday: Off
- Weekdays: 9:30am-7:00pm (Second Day Off TBD)
- Saturday: 8:00am - 2pm
- OT required based on the needs of the business
- 3-Week training class (Mon-Fri 8-5)
Additional OT required based on business needs.
Training class will start on November 20th!!

- $15.00/hr to start! Bilingual in Spanish start at 16.00/hr .

- Pay increases to 15.50/hr, bilingual 16.50/hr after 90 days (or when conversion to Conduent is completed) plus monthly bonus opportunities of $300-$400!

· Successful candidates will work in a busy inbound call center serving NY E-ZPass Customers.

Skills and qualifications required:
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Interest in helping customers resolve problems
· Willing and able to acquire skills required for this position
· High School Diploma/GED is REQUIRED
· Some computer knowledge preferred
· Pass drug screening (illegal drugs, NO THC testing), and background check
· Full attendance required during the paid training class
Additional Information:
*Retention Bonus – $500.00 after 90 days!!!
· Candidates must successfully complete training and be in good standing. (100% attendance for the three week training is mandatory)
· Must pass all exams and have NO call outs during training. (absences/tardy)
· Continuous employment 90 days from first day of training.
· No disciplinary warnings: (insubordination; cell phone; poor customer service; foul language and behavior violations).
· Remain in standard for attendance at the end of 90 days.
