Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory control processes, receiving, and stocking products.
- Supervise cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct interviews and train new employees on store policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and improve store profitability.
- Maintain an organized store environment that promotes a positive shopping experience for customers.
