Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Paper Florist / Workshop Assistant to support our production team in creating beautiful paper floral arrangements. This is a hands-on role based in our Jersey City workshop, perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, loves flowers, and has a good eye for aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation and assembly of paper flowers and arrangements
• Organize, pack, and label flower orders for events and deliveries
• Cut, glue, and shape paper petals and leaves using templates
• Keep the workshop tidy and well-stocked with materials
• Help load and unload items for deliveries and installations
• Occasionally assist with on-site event setup (optional)
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and patience
• Comfortable working with your hands for long periods
• Ability to follow visual and written instructions carefully
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
• Prior experience in crafts, floral work, or production is a plus but not required
Schedule & Pay:
• Part-time or full-time (depending on availability)
• $15/hour
• Located near Exchange Place PATH in Jersey City
