As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Papi’s, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Handling cash and card transactions with precision
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
We’re seeking self-starters with initiative and stellar customer service skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to advance to Shift Leader for those who demonstrate leadership, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Washington State MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) permit and Food Handler’s Card
- Priority given to candidates with flexible availability, reliable transportation, and a proven track record of dependability
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 and eligible to work in the USA
