Papich Construction is a respected full-service General Engineering Contractor with a long history of delivering high-quality projects across California. We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team and lead our operations activities.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in the heavy civil construction industry. They will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
The Chief Operating Officer will develop and implement efficient operations and cost-effective processes to meet current and future needs of the organization. This includes establishing, communicating, and implementing operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
In addition, the Chief Operating Officer will collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations and projects. They will also identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
