Job Summary
Papio's Food & Spirits is a family-owned upscale casual restaurant looking for dependable, outgoing, talented servers, dishwashers, and line cooks to expand our team of amazing people! We have spent months renovating the restaurant and fine-tuning our restaurant to offer our guests the most efficient, unique experience with an incredible staff to make the most of what we have to offer!
Daily Expectations
Duties:
-Properly seat guests according to seating guidelines
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Answer phones & correctly place take-out orders
- Assist with cleaning duties, such as sweeping, dusting, etc
- Maintain cleanliness of host station
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Requirements
-Previous experience as a busser/host or in a similar role is preferred but not required
-Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
-Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
-Ability & willingness to obtain TAM Certification
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Excellent guest relations skills and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (Closed every Monday)

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
