Do you have a passion for educating and inspiring excellence? We are looking for a highly driven teacher to join our team of education professionals at our K-6 elementary school for the 2025-2026 school year! The ideal candidate would have experience in project-based learning and a passion for creating inclusive and exciting learning opportunities.
The teacher, within the area of his/her professional expertise, will instruct students using methods that are consistent with standards adopted by the Ohio Board of Education. The teacher is responsible for fostering a classroom environment that is conducive to learning. He or she is also responsible for monitoring student progress towards mastery of instructional goals and objectives, communicating regularly with parents on a regular basis, entering grades and data in a timely basis, and following established procedures to enhance learning.

Key Credentials:
- Resident Educator License, Alternative Resident Educator License, or Professional Educator License valid in the State of Ohio. Hold a valid Ohio Elementary Teaching License Pre-K-3 with a 4-5 endorsement or Primary (PK-5) or Middle Childhood (4-9) with Generalist endorsement or K-1-8 Certificate
- Training in the Science of Reading, approved by the State of Ohio, or willingness to obtain this within three months of hire
- Certification in first aid, CPR, and CPI, or willingness to obtain this within three months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited institution of higher education
Ideally You Will Have:
- High level of critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with collecting, documenting, and using student data to drive interventions and instruction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Skill in exercising tact and discretion when communicating with students and parents
- A passion to inspire and motivate all students.
- Full dedication as an active participant driving both student and school growth.
- Dedication to collaborating as part of a solutions-focused team.
- Willingness to lead inside as well as outside of the classroom, building a strong alliance of mutual trust and collaboration.
