Success Criteria :
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in multi-disciplinary teams, helping to gather and validate system requirements while contributing to the design and development of innovative project software. You'll take an active role in Agile sprint planning, backlog estimation, and creating detailed design specifications. Your expertise in software architecture will ensure our solutions are reusable, extensible, and scalable for future challenges. Leveraging your prior experience, you will also coach team members on development best practices, driving process improvements and fostering technical growth. We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $110,000-130,000 annually.
