Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of experience leading data-centric product teams.
- Expertise in managing and working with large data sets, including experience with data infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling data-driven products or features that have a measurable impact on business performance.
- Strong technical knowledge of data engineering, data architecture, and database systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics products.
- Experience with customer-facing product features, especially in SaaS or B2B contexts.
- Lead the product strategy for a new product and solution, with a focus on managing large-scale, complex data sets and delivering unique value to end users.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and driving the product vision forward.
- Work closely with R&D, marketing, product, and business operations teams to design and build a scalable data platform, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Drive the design and optimization of data-driven products to meet the evolving needs of customers, stakeholders, and the business.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and performance data to inform product decisions and improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define product goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.
- Foster a data-driven culture, promoting the use of analytics and cost optimization to maximize product performance and decision-making.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
