Position Location: Austin, TX

What We’re Looking For

• 6 years of experience working on machine learning projects.
• A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS machine learning packages.
• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with databases (Elasticsearch, SQL, NoSQL, Hive, etc.).
• Proven experience in cloud-based software development and deployment (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts into actionable insights.
  
  

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with distributed data processing tools like Spark and Snowflake.
• Experience working with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in retail personalization or digital marketing.
  
  

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Develop, integrate, manage, and monitor machine learning microservices on AWS for recommender systems, personalization, natural language processing, and analytics dashboards.
• Build a suite of automated tests for machine learning microservices to ensure robustness and accuracy.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline model deployment.
• Lead the team in implementing best practices for scalable and efficient model deployment.
• Automate real-time data pipelines and batch processing workflows.
• Promote AWS best practices to improve quality, security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness within the team.
