Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of product management experience in SaaS, eCommerce, restaurant tech, or payments.
- Proven experience owning a B2B or enterprise software product from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of digital ordering, payments, APIs, and POS integrations.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in SQL, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
- Deep customer empathy with the ability to translate feedback into high-impact product solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, design, sales, and leadership.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias for action.
- Define & Execute Product Roadmap – Own the vision, strategy, and backlog for key aspects of the ordering platform, ensuring we deliver best-in-class experiences.
- Drive Growth & Monetization – Identify new opportunities to expand our capabilities, increase adoption, and drive revenue through features, integrations, and partnerships.
- Deeply Understand Customer Needs – Partner with enterprise restaurant brands to understand pain points and translate them into high-impact product solutions.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring features to market with quality and speed.
- Optimize the Ordering Experience – Improve checkout, menu management, payments, fulfillment, and aggregator integrations to enhance conversion and efficiency.
- Leverage Data & Insights – Use analytics, customer feedback, and A/B testing to inform decision-making and continuously improve the platform.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep a pulse on the evolving restaurant tech landscape, competitive solutions, and emerging digital ordering trends.
