Job Summary
The Lead Engineer for Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test will be responsible for leading the effort to layout and build up a facility for Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T) of Parabilis propulsion systems.
As the leader of this effort, you will be accountable for delivering a product to the customer that meets defined quality standards and performance specifications.
- Provide oversight to technician support staff.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of components and systems.
- Oversee daily assembly, integration, and environmental testing activities; ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
