At Parabolic Auto, we’re making car ownership more affordable for everyone. Our flagship product is a SaaS solution helping car dealerships boost their revenue, increase fixed ops profitability, and drive customer retention. Okay... but what does this mean in plain English? We help car dealerships make more money and improve customer loyalty by engaging with, marketing to, and selling a dealership's products to a dealership's existing customers. Our primary offering is a vehicle service contract, which helps drivers protect themselves from costly and unexpected repairs.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a super motivated and customer-centric Sales Consultant to help us hit our ambitious growth goals and sell more vehicle service contracts to more happy customers. This is a sales role, however as the first point of contact for customers, you will be expected to present clear, empowering information and deliver an exceptional overall experience. It is crucial that our customers fully understand their coverage options, grasp how this product genuinely helps protect them, and feel comfortable about taking the next step in the buying process.

Core Responsibilities:
We want you to sell as much as possible while always doing right by the customer. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Initiate and lead sales efforts by promptly responding to customer inquiries via text, call, and email.
- Effectively manage your sales pipeline to ensure timely follow up.
- Provide customers with factually correct information on different vehicle service contract options, and help educate and guide them to make informed decisions.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns about coverage, claims, existing contracts and appointment scheduling.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Complete ongoing training to stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge.
- Assist us in training and refining our AI agents.
Skills and Qualifications:
We don’t expect you to be able to break down a transmission to be qualified for this role, but you should have:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written*).
- A real customer-first attitude, coupled with an eye for the sale.
- Sales experience is a big plus.
- Ability to work in-person (Chicago) and with remote coworkers.
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus).
- Bonus: You’re a Spanish speaker.

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
