Paradies Lagardere operates all parts of 12 different concession stores at the CVG Airport.
We are an industry leader in Travel Essentials retail, among other things, our locations offer a convenient, one-stop environment that covers all of a traveler's needs.
Willing to perform training functions, direct execution of standards and aid and support to the Management team in achieving the goals of providing the best service to each guest. Shift supervisors ensure that the stores are running efficiently, and daily tasks are completed from opening to closing to ensure optimal performance. - Demonstrated selling experience in a fast paced, service oriented retail setting
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach and mentor a team of sales associates on customer service and standards.
- 45 hour minimum work week
- Supervisory work
- Maintain store appearance
- POS and cash handling
- Key holder experience
- 330am-1pm or 12pm-10pm shift choice
- Comparable experience to gas station, fast food, or convenience store
- Must be able to pass an FBI fingerprint background check
Job Type: Full-time
