The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms while ensuring the integrity of the data in our systems. This role is crucial to ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our data. You will work closely with other departments to assist in data collection, management, reporting and analysis tasks. The ideal individual will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input and maintain accurate data across various systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in preparing and organizing data for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor data entry tasks to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Conduct routine audits of data to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Coordinate with team members to identify and resolve data entry issues.
TYPICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, accuracy, and completeness.
- Broad problem-solving skills including ability to tackle complex technical issues.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Legal Age: 18 years
- Education or Equivalent Experience: BS degree in Data Management/Analysis and/or 3 years data management experience.
- Professional Experience:
- 3 years data management experience if there is no BS degree.
- Data Analysis knowledge is a plus.
- Travel Requirements: No reoccurring travel required, however on a case by case basis there may be an ask to travel for work events.
- Software: Experience with SAP a plus, Advanced Microsoft skills
- Schedule: May require some nights, weekends, and holidays.
