A Prep Cook accommodates guest’s needs by preparing food according to established recipes and procedures as well as following safety and sanitation guidelines. Our main goal is to execute dishes and food at 100% recipe adherence. The cleanliness of the kitchen area/work area is a top priority. Responsibility will also include maintaining a safe work environment and proper food and supply storage. You must be able to work well under pressure, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.

Hiring for Shifts:
- 5:30am-1:30pm
- 6am-2pm
- 9am-5pm
Position Qualifications:
- Work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively
- Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Proficiency required in reading, writing and mathematics
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on ladder, and walking long distances.
- Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in environment with varying temperatures
