How You Can Make a Difference:

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest while ensuring that our high standards of hospitality and food safety are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide friendly service.
• Accurate Order Processing: Handle transactions quickly and correctly at the cash register.
• Food & Beverage Preparation: Assist with assembling orders, preparing beverages, and keeping food items stocked.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front counter, dining area, and drink stations clean and stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Work with fellow team members to provide a smooth and efficient operation.
• Upselling & Product Knowledge: Recommend menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English language
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
• Proficiency required in reading and writing and mathematics
• Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records check, Paradies Background Check, and applicable Department of Transposition requirements.
• ServSafe may be required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on ladder, and walking long distances.
• Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in environment with varying temperatures.
